Our administration team are committed to providing all
customers with excellent services at all times and each
customer has a member of staff assigned to them to provide a
single, dedicated point of contact. This team member is then
responsible for meeting all our customer’s individual
requirements and ensures that all paperwork is returned to
the customer as soon as possible.

Monitoring & Tracking
We have invested substantially in the latest information
technology available in the industry which enables tracking
of individual loads quickly and accurately. We monitor loads
from collection to delivery through the final invoicing
procedure. All delivery notes are scanned to each individual
load to provide a complete backup and traceability service.
Pallet Tracking
We provide a full pallet tracking system and whilst there
are unavoidable costs incurred with operating a CHEP pallet
system, Barron Wood Distribution will endeavour to keep
costs to a minimum. We monitor and track all pallets free of
charge and will arrange pallet returns, pallet de-hires and
collection of pallet control vouchers (PCV’s) using our
highly sophisticated tracking system.
